This lecture will explore the skills that are necessary to improve effective communication and the impact of body language and nonverbal signals on effective communication.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will have increased knowledge regarding:

  • Develop skills necessary for improving effective communication

  • Develop awareness of body language and tips to improve nonverbal communication
